Uncle and aunty was very kind and helpful, owners leave you be to browse. The space is a little cramp when it's crowded but other than that the wide variety of heads and charms sold there are quite plentiful. Coming again tomorrow ^^
been a loyal customer for close to 1 year already but i can't believe how rude the owners were when i went to the store today. i made an honest mistake of getting a pack of beads 1mm too small (the large bags did not have size labels so i was measuring by eye) so i apologised nicely and requested them to pack the right beads for me instead. they scolded me so harshly for wasting their time and refused to pack the correct beads unless i bought the wrong ones. huh? it was an honest mistake and i apologised for the inconvenience (out of the 4 bags i asked them to pack, only 1 was wrong) i was genuinely shocked at how rude they were and how they were literally forcing me to buy a pack of beads i did not need... i feel like they were extremely rude for no reason and could have handled this nicely.
As a first time customer, I found the customer service very unpleasant. The staff’s tone was very condescending and passive aggressive.
When I asked questions about the price of certain packets, their answers were rude: “do you even need such a big packet?”, “all the prices are written on this section” (they were not), “don’t hold the packets like that, the beads will drop”. I’m an adult customer who knows how to handle beads, not a child!
But the last straw was when I asked about the diameter of some letter beads as I wasn’t sure if they would fit my design idea appropriately. The response was: “nobody measures the diameter of these beads, but here you can measure it by yourself if you like”. He handed me a metal ruler. It’s YOUR job to know your product specifications, not mine.
If this is how you want to treat a local artist and customer, I will recommend my fellow artists to go to Shopee/Amazon instead. It’s cheaper and hopefully the customer service is better. Don’t let these store owners disrespect you and your craft in this manner.
Good variety and the staff at the counter was nice. The little trinkets and beads were all very colourful and value for money. I wouldnt recommend buying individual letters as they are quite pricey (20c per letter), maybe buy in bulk instead.
Excellent resource for quilling paper and some related supplies at a very reasonable price— cheaper than the craft store around the corner.
The staff is friendly and helpful— offering baskets, answering questions, and even double-checking to confirm I knew I had two different sizes of the same product.
They also have a loyalty stamp card program!
Staffs were not friendly when I entered .. during my visits , the staff stopped me from entering while I have food and drinks at hand . Totally unacceptable . And will not patronize this store again .
im so pleasantly surprised at how extremely helpful the staff here are!
i accidentally dropped some of my personal beads because the lid of the container was loose... not only did the staff help pick up the beads (which werent even the store's), she noticed the loose lid and offered to tape it for me omg! i didnt even know the lid was loose hahaha
all the staff were very friendly and welcoming!
the items are priced reasonably and are packed neatly, the store was also quite organised. they have a vast selection and variety of beads as well. definitely will be coming back!
