I just ate one time here, I think I will be back try other menu, I ordered lotus bean hot that time, I like the flavor, the sweetness so good, the lotus bean texture very nice, not to tender not hard too

13 days: Majestic silk road + northern Xinjiang. Tour guides and group leader is good and detailed oriented in managing the logistics and ensuring the whole tour runs smoothly. Enjoyed the beautiful views and sceneries of XJ. Overall experience of the tour is worth it as is not every time u get to enjoy the beautiful if XJ and the ancient silk road. 3 issues of the tour which can be improved. 1) food of restaurants which can be better. Quality > quantity. Eg: XJ local delights is lamp skewers/rack but didn't had much opportunity to savour them unless you had to purchase is yourself. 2) very long travelling time. 13 days doesn't seems to be the full 13 days of fun and exploration. first and last day is gone due to departure from Sg and flight back. This could be improved if there's overnight flight. 3) hotels can be improved as well. Quality and standard of hotel is inconsistent during the trip. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Overall, 4/5 still worth the experience despite the issues.

Joined 8D JiuZhaiGou , HuangShan & Mt Ermei with tour guide Xiao Xie, overall experience has been very positive. Foods portion were mostly generous in portions. Hotel selection has been great mostly. He has even prepared us to cope with high altitude sickness . We had enjoyed greatly . Super great guide with caring heart as we had quite a few older folks.

I joined CTC 8D6N Colourful Hokkaido trip after comparing the itineraries with a few agencies. My trip depart on 24 July and the tour leader is Xiao Lin. He is very humorous, knowledgeable and caring. I have not seen a tour guide like him for the longest time. Most tour guide will ask to take a nap after talking only for 20 mins. He spends his time explaining the history and culture of Hokkaido. He also take good care of all the group members. The itinerary of CTC is very special too with helicopter ride and visit to Royce chocolate factory. Truly a magical experience with CTC. I hope to join them again with my next japan trip to Kyshu.

12D9N Switzerland’s Alpine Wonders | 6th to 16th May 2025 I first came to know about this Alpine Tour at the Natas Fair in August 2024. The agent who assisted us then, was named Terrance Chan. However, it was handed over to Mr Kovan Naa during the deposit process where he handed me his name card. Extremely disappointed with Kovan Naa’s customer service as I was left on read/ delivered several times on WhatsApp. Called CTC several times to ask about the confirmation of the tour and the phone was answered by a rude Chinese lady. Completely unexpected for a company who has won the Singapore Prestige Brand award. At this point you might think the trip was already ruined for me. Fortunately, my family and I were lucky to get Mr Barry Yip as our tour leader. Not only was he knowledgeable about the European continent, he even put his heart and soul to help us locate the stores we wanted to purchase from. Mine was a jersey from AC Milan Football Club. He also brought us to experience more attractions when we were on schedule and provided assistance to help us weigh our luggage a day before we were due to return to S’pore. What CTC lacked, Mr Barry provided. And yes that’s Barry in the last 2 photos. A big Thank you to Mr Barry for making our first EU trip a dream for us! Simply Outstanding!

Had an extremely fun and enjoyable trip to South Africa and Victoria Falls with CTC Travel. Our tour leader Kelly Wong is very cheerful, caring and attentive to details. She provided us with different snacks everyday and even ginger tea during cold mornings. She even brought extra jackets, gloves and masks in case we need it. Our local tour guides in Zimbabwe and Cape Town are very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was relaxing and we enjoyed the food there. I will travel with CTC again.

8th-15th may 2025 8Days Yunnan tour by CTC. (25 ppl in a group) 百灵our tour leader from s'pore was amazing, from the start at Changi airport making sure our luggages were tagged and easily recognised. She took good care of everyone during the whole trip, making sure everyone is safe and comfortable .The Yunnan tour guide 龙哥was outstanding and knowledgeable. We had an enjoyable and unforgettable adventure.Thanks 龙哥&百灵 you two are the best!!!
