My family and I joined the CTC tour to Hokkaido on 7 June 2025 with Chen Shu Cheng, GT (Gideon) and 中村龙一. It was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Uncle Chen shared interesting stories about himself and was caring and warm. GT took care of us from SG, and hence we didn’t have any trouble during our transit flight. GT looked out for the group members and gave clear admin instructions. Our local tour guide was 中村龙一. He spoke mandarin very fluently and hence we could understand him easily. I like how he shared personal stories and stories about Japan, so that we learn about Japanese culture and way of life. I find him to be a capable and responsible tour guide. 👍🏻

His proactive approach, like suggesting an early visit to Biei Blue Pond to avoid impending rain, showcased his commitment to enhancing our experience. His calm demeanor and patient driving made our long journeys comfortable and safe. Diverse and Unique Itinerary The tour covered a rich tapestry of Hokkaido's southern regions, including Otaru, Furano, and Rusutsu. Highlights included a breathtaking helicopter ride over Lake Toya and indulging in a delightful melon buffet—experiences that added a unique flavor to our journey. Wonderful Travel Companions What truly elevated this trip was the camaraderie among our tour group. Traveling with such kind-hearted and considerate individuals made every moment more enjoyable. From shared laughter during meals to mutual support during excursions, the connections formed added a special warmth to our adventure. End Mar 25 First time with CTC so had to not expect too much for Japan 8D7N. Get to experience snow n the cherry blossom Had a really nice bus driver uncle who always helps us move out luggage n smile at us Heard that few of rest was with them for other country. All was ok especially for vegetarian options in the plane n all days (mostly was all vegetarian) Loved it especially that Mimi did a video for memory keepsake. Especially love the gesture n going all e way to ensure my mum is not left behind Yan san was a local PR guide with lots of info n stories to share about japan Loved that Mimi go extra length to make sure we were not left behind especially even collecting the baggage at the airport

Poor experience in Shanghai Tour. No transparency in pricing. Had to pay 600 RMB per pax just for the following: Shanghai: (RMB600/A, RMB400/C below 1m) Huangpu River Cruise (150 RMB ticket) + Lujiazui Sky Corridor (free for public) + one Local Meal. So basically they are telling you one local meal is 450 RMB?? you basically can eat 5 days worth of good restaurant meal, 3 meals a day for 450 RMB.

We had a great tour to Yunan on 7-14 March 2025 lead by Michelle Yu. She is very experience tour leader. She took good care of us during the tour. Thank you Michelle for the excellent service.

8 Days Yunnan - 11th to 18th May 2025. Well organised 25 guests group tour. The China local guide was very professional and knowledgeable yet caring for the tour members. The driver was a safe and a careful driver making sure our safety is #1. Hotels were surprisingly well appointed except most were further out of town but there was plenty to do in the evening. Meals were reasonably sumptuous. Recommend for those looking for a fuss free holiday without having to worry about booking tickets for sights and trains.

Great store with huge selection of all sorts of materials! Beware that their 11/0 opaque seed beads are much thinner than those from all other sources!!

I love cross stitch and visited the store to stock up my threads. There’s zero customer service to help select the threads. Everything is self service and after spending close to $90, there’s no even a thank you from the cashier. I think an interesting craft shop like this should be managed and run by educated hobbyists who are passionate about the craft and try to bring more joys to other hobbyists.

The craft store offers a wide range of supplies and materials, making it the perfect place for hobbyists to explore their creativity.

I love this store, been frequenting since I started punch needling and I was able to buy the needles, hoops, cloth and yarn. 🤩 I also bought some tools for needle felting, patches, etc. They have Japanese brands as well — my favorite is the Clover brand. …
