Cheapest tickets in Singapore for universal studios! All prices are below average. Very nice employees even got 5 dollar voucher for food at universal studios. Thank you!

Sea wheel travels... It was recommended to me by a friend who is a permanent resident of Singapore... We were planning a trip to Singapore from India and my friend suggested to buy tickets from Sea wheel travels. We did save a lot on some attractions more than 5-6 dollars for some tickets (sea aquarium, gardens by the bay including the two domes) upto a max of 10-15 dollars for some (Universal studios for instance). We were 5 people in all so saving 5 dollars per person per ticket made a huge difference to us.. and moreover this place was just a few blocks away from Furama city centre (where we were lodging). We also found a YouTube video where someone has posted the way to seawheels travels... Which helped us locate the place faster. The only ticket which wasn't available there was the 4 park admission (Jurong bird park/Singapore zoo/ River safari/Night Safari) ... a.k.a. Park hopper ticket (which u can buy online or at any of the parks).. Instead they had discounted tickets for all the 4 parks which is good option if you don't plan to visit all parks... We wanted to visit all parks during our stay hence we preferred the park hopper ticket and avoided buying from here.. apart from this.. must visit if you don't have to go out of the way to visit this place... It helped that we already had our itinerary charted out so we had a list of attractions we wanted to buy tickets for and we had checked the prices of the tickets online for various attractions before visiting seawheels hence had a fair idea of how much is gonna cost.. they prefer cash payment ... For card transactions there is an extra 3-5% bank charges that is accounted for... Overall a nice experience

This is a well known travel agent for Thai people that sell variety pass ticket in singapore at the lower price. It's located at the People's Park. They sell great price, great Service and also there is Thai Staff too. If you buy some ticket, staffs will provide you the brochure in your lanluage ( if they have ) Also they have Line Chat too. If you have any question, you may placed your enquiry thru Line that's so convenience. If you go to buy some ticket here, you may take a meal at food center here too, most of food here are inexpensive. Main course start at around $2.xx up only.

I have always bought attraction tickets from Sea Wheel Travel everytime there are people visiting me. I have by far found the best and chepeast deals for the tickets. I recommend getting tickets from them as they are complete value for money

The agent has every pass you want! It's much cheaper than buying one at a ticket box. However the pass can not be refunded. I had to give away tickets for Skywalk, which was closed by the drizzling weather. It's a bit difficult to find the place. It's on the third floor.

Good thing is you get relatively cheaper tickets here. And these are open tickets. So you can use them on whichever day you want. The problem is they don't tell you if some attraction is closed during a specific time. River Safari Amazon quest was closed when we went. Just the boat ride was disappointing. Similarly, GBTB Cloud Forest was closed for maintenance.

I rarely do facials but was glad I came here on my wife's recommendation. Lovely ambience and Pauline was so friendly and patient, despite the herculean task of clearing up what is my face (had to return for 2nd appt to finish up!)

Unprofessional

I seriously wanted to highlight my encounters in shopping Miss Empire, Novena Square 2 on this staff assistant call Angela. She is very pushy and rude on sales tactics. Following are my bad experience with her and not only once :- 1. The words used to attend customer like am tough to please, difficult to serve etc. 2. Never focus on what customer like or need but keep promoting items just to meet sales target. She will say a lot of her customer buy the accessories to keep which I don’t see why I need to buy if for keeping. 3. Asked me to bring friend for this company anniversary event . I respect the event hence I dress according to the team colour. However way how she serves my friend and I, example food or drink are provided in misery way. 4. Engage in unethical behaviors due to unrealistic expectation to succeed. For example, during this event, reserve items that I never ever have look and force me to buy. I never have intention to come for the event because I got no intention to buy anything, but she said this event is an eyes opening event and can don’t purchase anything. However, when I appear then she expects me to buy the item she reserved for me which I already said many times, I don’t like the item of colour and too small for me, yet she said she will be scolded if reserve and don’t buy. In the first place , I never ask her to reserve. Also, keep promoting items that don’t fit my character and need. I have been to many events like Tiffany, Agnes B. Bottega, Manolo Blahnik etc. , I never see such company way of conducting event esp. having unethical sales tactics. I gave up on this company eventhough I have a few vouchers on hand with me. Also, when I highlighted this encounter to another Sales Assistant, K-Ling, she said following : I will update to office if you think that you need to unsubscribe for the invitation message as you had a bad experience for the event and feel don’t want to join again. I would help you to feedback if you needed cus I am here trying to help and understand my member’s needs. 💕 I really hope my members can shop with us under the pleasant and joyous mode. “ This gave me the impression that this company really do not value the customer and try to improve on mistakes and simply can say if you don’t like then don’t come. Fyi, quality of the products is not good also I have brought back many times to repair. Also, this company does not respond on any unsatisfactory feedback even though I am their Elite member .

This is a very warm and welcoming hotel, with staff who are all extremely dedicated and friendly. I would especially like to thank Jocelyn from the reservations department for her assistance in resolving all the difficulties I faced during the booking process — I am truly grateful. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit, as she made me feel that this hotel offers the best value for money in Singapore.
