We recently visited this charming, not-too-busy restaurant and had a wonderful experience. We ordered two single set meals. Each meal was a great value for the price and included a generous selection of fresh vegetables and meats. One of the highlights was the variety of soups available—four different types to choose from, each offering a unique and delicious flavour. The service was another standout aspect of our visit. The waiters and waitresses were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Shi Li Fang Hotpot at Chinatown Point disappoints with mediocre quality across the board. The broths are bland and lack depth, while the ingredients—from meats to vegetables—feel average at best, especially for the high prices charged. Portions are stingy, leaving you unsatisfied both in flavor and quantity. Even the dipping sauces and sides fail to impress. For a hotpot place in Singapore’s competitive dining scene, this one falls short in every aspect. Overpriced and underwhelming—definitely not worth it. Save your money for a better hotpot experience elsewhere.

Lovely and quiet place to have a steamboat. We had a single set of sliced marble pork and mushroom set. The drinks-dip-ice cream combo was also great with the large variety. My only suggestion to improve were that they were a bit short handed so some patience was required.

My daughter likes the food and ice cream. Relatively affordable and good. Service is good too. Love the relax & quiet atmosphere.

Generally, everything tastes good. Service is fast and efficient. Reasonable price. Especially their promo set.

I visited Shilifang Chinatown Point on a weekday for lunch. The 20% discount was pretty attractive and honestly, the food was good too. The waitress who seated us was initially very grumpy for no reason. She was in a much better attitude once we placed our orders. I would give the food 5 stars but service 3 stars. We had their yongtauhu set and seafood set, with mala soup base and chicken soup base.. The mala is covered w a layer of chili oil which can be easily scooped off the top.. The vegetables provided is of substantial portion .. With a $1 top up, u can enjoy freeflow ice cream and drinks which included cold drinks and a selection of hot tea. They provide aprons 👍👍👍.. So u dont need to worry that your shirt will get dirty.. Pricewise i will say it is really value for money .. Will visit them again soon !

The area was quiet and not much people on a Friday afternoon so it was really peaceful! Food at this outlet seems more flavorful and filling compared to the previous outlet at Compass One, so I really like it this outlet. What stood out to me is their service, the uncle who works at a waiter asked why my basket still had one fishball and I told him it was because I dropped it. Then he came back with a bowl with a new fishball without me even asking, I was really so touched by his friendliness and kindness, eating here has never been as enjoyable as today!
