Saw this a few times and finally came to try it. They have full and half portions of food, so its quite good. Prices are similar to that of BIAP and HDL. They have a interesting dragon fruit prawn paste, tho you won't taste the fruit la - just the coloring. We ordered the collagen, tom yum and drunken chicken soup. The collagen soup wasn't that tasty; but still alright. I love the beancurd roll with seaweed, sweet tasting. That's a must order. The rest of the food is alright.
Had a great experience at this hotpot restaurant. The service was attentive and efficient, making the meal more enjoyable. The promotion they offered was fantastic, 2 types of veges and meats for just $6 each!
We also received 2 soup bases for free, which added even more variety to the meal. The soups were rich and tasty, complementing the fresh ingredients perfectly. Overall, it was a satisfying meal with excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone craving a good hotpot.
Really yummy soup bases (collagen and nourishing chicken soup are both flavourful and rich), fresh and tender. Good and attentive service too. Good for family or group of friends gathering (4pax)
Not sure how they got 4.7 stars. Went in with high expectations but left pretty disappointed. Drinking the collagen soup makes you very thirsty. The beancurd skin rolls they provide are also not the “normal” kind that I’m used to. Won’t be back unfortunately :(
We tried 4 soup base and I must say it is very good. Food wise they are generally good. The seaweed beancurd skin stands out among the food we ordered. The staff is friendly. However service wise can be improved with more attentiveness and faster serving time. This I feel loose out to their competitor. You can also bring your own wine as there is no corkage fee.
Visited this taiwanese cafe located in chinatown. The place was cosy and pretty packed when we visited on a weekday lunch.
We tried the braised pork rice and egg crepe with pork floss and opted to top up for set meals ( with hashbrown & popcorn chicken add-one).
The braised pork was well flavoured and rice portion was generous. Popcorn chicken was delish too. The egg crepe was pretty normal while their milk tea was not too sweet.
Total bill came up to $30 for two pax which was quite reasonable.
Peaceful and relaxing places to hang out with friends or colleagues. They have increased the variety of options on the menu compared to the previous new launch. I personally enjoy their toast. It was a thick toast compared to other bakeries. The add-on set price has been increased compared to the last time. However, the taste and portion remain the same.
This is the best taiwanese food I ever had in Singapore. Their food are more close to local taste bud, slightly salty and more flavourful. Every time when I think about breakfast, it will come first in my mind.
Their braise pork rice and egg crepe roll are the must to try when you visit the store. Its very packed when you come during breakfast hour, around 9am - 11am.
It is in my favourite list and definitely will come again and again.
It's not very crowded during a weekday lunch time. We ordered Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice, Handmade Egg Crepe Roll and Winter Lemon Tea. The tastes are authentic and the portion is just right for 2 girls. Hope to see hard-boiled eggs instead of fully cooked fried eggs for the braised pork rice though!
