First time there and all the dishes were excellent. The best was probably the lamb with the meat very succulent and flavourful and literally falling off the bone. Will definitely go back more often! Bonus is that they don’t charge corkage
Service is very good. I wanted to ask about the snow beer ( had a lovely one in Beijing) and one server noted that I had issues speaking Mandarin so he quickly jumped (literally) to my assistance. Then offered to bring a bottle to my table (even if I wanted just to look) but when I declined and said I would stand and wait, he ran (literally) to the kitchen to get a bottle ( unfortunately it wasn’t what I expected). Went to the Chinatown location which wasn’t too crowded around 1pm on a Saturday ( but it is the school holidays). Food is tasty - loved the pounded eggplant as it wasn’t spicy hot but it had nice fragrant spiced. The pork stir fry is the signature but not as delicious as the one I tried in Beijing (at another restaurant). The tables are a little close to each other ch other.
Had dinner recently at Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine on our first visit to this chain. We ordered three dishes: Pickled Vegetable with Fish in Soup, Bamboo Shoot Stir-fried with Bacon Pork, and Hunan Stir-fried Pork.
All were delicious, well-prepared, and full of authentic flavor. Service was also on point, with the added bonus of free-flow snacks and ice cream, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back again!
First time to this outlet for dine-in. Luckily came in early else already fully packed by then. Newly ordered for their claypot tofu. Not really that nice. Furthermore after made payment, the staff forgot to inform me to choose the ice-cream 🤷♀️ …
Enjoyable meal with some unique dishes and with free ice cream (not pictured). Only downside is the dishes are still abit too oily for my liking (even after requesting for less oil), hence will only come as an occasional indulgence.
We got the 2 pax lamb spine hot pot. Lamb tasted great, portion was huge for 2 persons, and the soup base was mildly spicy. Service could be more prompt though. Would come back again for the food.
Great first visit with warm service and authentic decor. The spicy lamb spine pot and collagen soup were flavorful and satisfying. Loved the beef tripe appetizer and tender lamb ribs. Refreshing dessert to end the meal.
Highly Recommended.

It’s really amazing to come across a mutton / lamb specialist especially in a country dominated by seafood and other meats. Highly recommend this place coming from a lamb dominated country as both their soup based and grilled dishes are certainly top tier !
If you are looking for delicious lamb skewers, soup, pancake, noodles, and everything lamb, you've found the right place. The food is absolutely yummy and the service amazing with great attentive staffs in a comfortable environment. Worth every penny!
Love the spacious tables and seats. Very detail design in the restaurant
Food
We had BBQ and steamboat.
Love the mutton base soup. Love the mutton and chicken skewers.
The rest of the food are normal.
Service was good too, very attentive and friendly.
And of the meal, they even offered dessert. We went there during lunch and ate from noon to 3pm. Great for gathering.
Would go back again alone just to try their single pot..
